General Manager

+ Direct and manage business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

+ Establishing the team for business development including market, sales, and operation, and associating with top management and developing strategies and plans in line with business objectives in Vietnam.

+ Implement Vietnam company-wide company strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.

+ Formulating and driving annual business plans with good understanding of market dynamics.

+ Initiating and managing the implementation of the all-around sales strategy.

+ Accomplish human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales and related persons.

+ Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.

+ Managing the operation team and controlling the cost.

+ Evaluating Performance and productivity

+ Have experiences of company operation, business development, and market expansion in F&B Hospitality/ Holdings, sourcing company, trading business, or international purchasing business. Coffee industry will be preferred.

+ Excellent listening, writing, and cross cultural communication skills.

+ Experienced in remote team management.

+ Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.

+ Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.

+ Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.

+ Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.

+ Aggressive, determined, and self-motivated.
