Sales Supervisor

· In charge of daily domestic cargo sales in Sourth area

· Implement and achieve the approved cargo KPI on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

· Reponsible for supporting to agency of company

· Managing and delveloping customer base in the assigned market(s)

· Ensure the compliance with approved commercial, pricing policies.

· Collect and analyse market information, competitors, tendency...in order to have the timely commercial proposals to direct superior

· Coordinate with concerned functions to completely solve complaints/requests from the customers

· University degree preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Management Administration, Aviation

· At least five (05) years of work experience in the field of cargo aviation

· Basic knowledge of aviation, basic goods, dangerous goods, aviation security, management skills, safety management system

· Fluency in speaking and writing English

· Ability to work under pressure

· Ability to work independently or teamwork
