Job Description
- Arrange, notify meeting schedules, work schedules, business schedules, and report to head.
- Receive work schedules of individuals/departments, partners, customers with the Director and notify the head.
- Book air tickets, hotels for the Director on business trips.
- Prepare documents, collect necessary information for meetings, ceremonies, and seminars as requested by the head.
- Receive, classify, monitor, and return documents for the signature of departments.
- Translate, interpret, draft, process documents and materials as requested. ∙ Transfer information, official dispatches, letters to head quickly and promptly.
- Keep relevant information and documents.
- Attend meetings and record meeting minutes.
- Synthesize business plans and operational plans of specialized departments to assigned tasks and report to head.
- Monitor plan implementation, analyze, evaluate, and periodically report on company activities.
- Advise and consult the head in the process of solving work.
- Other assigned tasks by the head.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administrative Management, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or related majors.
- Fluent English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
- Have basic and comprehensive knowledge of Economics, Marketing, HR Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, Law and Aviation.
- Data-driven.
- Information security capability.
- Communication skills, teamwork, and independent work.
- Negotiation, persuasion, diplomacy, negotiation, presentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Effective management, organization, and implementation skills.
- Ability to analyze and process information and solve problems quickly.
- Withstand work pressure, analyze situations, and find solutions.
