Job Description
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Develop and refine process models, wireframes, user stories, and specifications to guide development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments to ensure business objectives are met.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and validate solution outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users on implemented systems or processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of solutions, proposing optimizations when necessary.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant majors.
- At least 3 years of experience as a BA in an IT-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with BA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
