BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

- Collect and analyze data related to air cargo capacity, volume, load factor, revenue performance

- Use data analytics to assess performance and develop strategies to optimize revenue.

- Provide actionable insights and predictive analytics to guide business decisions.

- Analyze competitor performance, market share, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to BOD as requested.

- Work with other related departments to ensure alignment on business objectives and strategic initiatives

- Other related job as requested by BOD or direct manager

Knowledge and experience work

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, IT or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the airline, logistics, or transportation industry

- Experience in air cargo revenue management is preferable.

- Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under high pressure, both independent and team work

- Good collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Good verbal and written communication skills (both in English & Vietnamese)

- Diligent, careful, and responsible in work.
