Periodically evaluate the work performance of employees;
Project sales and profits for existing and new products;
Set and adjust selling prices by checking prices, competition, supply and demand. Balancing revenue targets for each sales channel;
Defining business direction, building effective growth processes and infrastructure towards the growth and profitability of the Company;
Make and organize the implementation of domestic and foreign business plans and be responsible for managing the companys business activities to ensure compliance with laws (domestic and foreign markets) and company policies. Orientation and development of marketing strategies in line with business plans in each period;
Develop budgets for short-term and long-term plans related to the Companys profit and expenditure targets. Manage sales activities, production factors, distribution channels... to ensure revenue targets are met;
Coordinate with the Board of Directors, Company departments such as Finance Accounting, Project Management, Production Management, Design, Engineering ... in orientation, building strategies to achieve goals sustainable growth and expansion of operations in the market;
Research and develop new markets, build close relationships with customers/partners to build potential markets and create business opportunities suitable for the purpose of revenue growth for the company;
Participating in recruiting and training the staff of the Sales Department towards the goal of human resource development of the company.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the business field, of which at least 3 years of experience in the position of Director.
University or higher; good health, fluent English.
Specialize: Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or other equivalent majors.
Experienced in international business, exploiting international markets.
Priority has been given to doing business through medical gloves or having in-depth knowledge in the field of medical equipment, consumer goods (Sales, Marketing...).
Proficient in using software: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP, Internet, especially proficient in using Power Point in presentations and project planning.
Willing to go on a business trip (short-term) due to work requirements
Experienced in working/coordinating with state authorities, large domestic and foreign enterprises in related fields, marketing and advertising partners
