Chatbot Engineer

• Build modern and smooth conversational flows and awesome experiences for our customers, be accountable for using bot technology to transform self-help & self service experiences that inspire confidence and resolve issues.

Location: Remote from Vietnam

• Experience with interactive technologies (bots) in both speech and text platforms.
• 2+ years related experience working in/developing chat bots
• Experience and a deep understanding of Chatbot technologies, Lex (Amazon) or Dialogflow (Google)
• Significant experience in custcustomer journey mapping, a/b testing experience, service optimization, and usage analytics
• Ability to perform structured analysis & design following a structured approach
