CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Job position in charge of Finance, Accounting at the Unit

·          Establishing, operating and controlling financial and accounting activities of the company

·          Prepare financial statements according to the regime, prepare management reports according to the Company's regulations. Assess the financial position of the Company at all times to give appropriate advice to the General Director

·          Organize the company's financial planning, guide the implementation of the approved financial plan

·          Checking and supervising the accountant's operations on a daily basis, ensuring the truthfulness and accuracy of revenue and expense items...

·          Control cash flows, cash flow movement, cash flow situation

·          Implement internal supervision, ensure transparent, accurate and effective financial control

·          Organize and operate the system to store documents, books, reports and related documents in a systematic and professional manner

·          Update relevant legal information: on tax, finance, advise the leadership, guide in related operations

·          Advise the Board of Directors on tax and financial policies

·          Ensure appropriate human resource management: design, team building, professional training, professional capacity, professional ethics

1. Education

·          University graduate majoring in Finance - Accounting

·          Having a Chief Accountant certificate is an advantage

2. Experience and skills

·          Minimum 05 years of experience as Chief Accountant.

·          Understanding the regulations and policies of the State and the Company related to the organization of accounting, finance and tax work.

·          Skills in collecting accounting data, statistics and synthesis, making analytical reports, proposing measures for implementation

·          Proficient in office computer: Word, Excel, accounting software

·          Management skills, teamwork

·          English Fluency

·          Worked as an accountant in the F&B/Food production and coffee business.
