CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology vision and roadmap that supports the company’s strategic goals. 

• Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions to meet business needs.

• Lead research and development efforts to explore new technologies, drive product innovation, and ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

• Collaborate with product teams to align technology initiatives with customer needs and market demands, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services.

• Build and mentor high-performing engineering and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Monitor and optimize technology budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive innovation while maintaining cost control.

• Evaluate and manage technology-related risks, including technical debt, cybersecurity threats, and system vulnerabilities.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor technologies, and market shifts to guide the company’s technological direction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant majors.

• Minimum of 5 years in similar senior management roles.

• Solid background in software engineering or technical product development.

• Proven ability to translate business goals into innovative technology solutions and deliver successful products.

• Expertise in software development methodologies and emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.

• Experience in managing large-scale technology projects and navigating complex technical challenges.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive innovation and solve complex problems.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.

• Familiar with CI/CD pipeline is a plus.
