CREATIVE MANAGER/SUB LEAD

 Leading and managing creative projects, managing Content & Design teams

 Overseeing the process from concept through execution.

 Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure projects are completed successfully

 Lead creative projects including developing ideas, presenting concepts, and managing execution

 Manage creative teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and oversee daily tasks

 Supervising, pushing, and encouraging creative team  Suggesting changes to workflows in order to improve efficiencies and cut costs

 Collaborating with the Marketing team and other departments to deliver tasks;

 Updating and reporting monthly to the line manager..

 BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media & Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field

 5+ years of experience in a creative management role preferred

 Proven track record of successful creative project management

 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Able to work independently and as part of a team

 Creativity, vision, and big ideas

 A good storyteller

 Analytical and insightful attention to detail

 Know how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, …)

 Proficient in Vietnamese and English language, both speaking and writing;

 Familiar with various social media and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Website, etc.)

 Creativity mindset with a “Can-do” attitude.
