Job Description
- Commercial- achieve sales, profit & ROI targets for all 3P digital commerce activities
- Data & Insights- ensure key data flows, dashboards, reports and insights are being generated, used and acted upon
- Partnerships- ensure the most relevant partnerships are in place and are actively managed that drive our business forward
- People & Operating Model- lead and develop a highly effective team to deliver the above business outcomes. Ensuring up-to-date processes, systems, tools and trainings are being deployed and used
- Other ad-hoc assigned tasks
Job Requirement
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Advertising or related communications/business degree required.
- Minimum 4 years experience in digital sales and very strong in sales operations
- Experience in building & optimizing shops on food-delivery platforms (eg, Shopee Food, Grab, Baemin, GoJek), market place and other fintech platforms will be preferer
- Profit & Loss responsibility (revenue responsibility at a minimum)
Knowledge of:
- Food Delivery Aggregator commerce & Marketplace ecommerce
- Media planning, buying and optimizing
- Digital Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, A/B Testing
- Consumer Research
- Creative Development, UI/UX Development
- Financial Reports and Profit & Loss Management
