Engineering Manager/ IT Manager

• Play a key role in the overall success of the organization by project planning, managing, and monitoring technical functions.
• Analyze and solve technical-related problems with the assistance of the technical team and project managers.
• Review technical policies, procedures and documents
• Lead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
• Mentor and coaching teams on agile and lean techniques to improve the effectiveness of the team’s performance.
• Review the source code, detailed designs, architecture designs documents.
• Coordinate with PMs to solve member concerns/ issues.

• 7+ years working experience in Software Development, 3+ years experience in leading teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and coaching skills.
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts such as testing, continuous integration, and deployment.
• Experienced with software architecture: strong knowledge of design patterns and software architecture styles
• Experienced in designing and building complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of containerization, cloud computing and distributed systems (Docker, AWS, load balancing, API gateway, Serverless ,etc.).
• Adaptive, flexible, have up-to-date knowledge of the latest changes and trends in software and technology.
• Technical research
• Strong knowledge about programming language: PHP, Python, NodeJs…
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and/or microservices is a plus
• Experience with the build logistics system is a plus
