Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in the crypto sector.
- Design and oversee employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
- Foster a high-performance culture by implementing effective performance management systems.
- Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain key talent.
- Implement HR technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Oversee global workforce mobility, including immigration, relocation, and expatriate support.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or relevant majors.
- Proven experience as an HR Director, preferably in a technology, fintech, or crypto-related industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Experience in managing HR functions in a high-growth and fast-changing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and fintech industry trends is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR software tools.
