HR Manager

·            Develop and implement a human resource strategy in line with the overall business strategy in each stage of the company's development.

·            Build and manage the recruitment process, supervise the selection of candidates.

·            Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs.

·            Support business needs through employee development and retention engagement.

·            Monitor and manage the employee evaluation, reward and punishment system.

·            Develop and manage salary and bonus plans, remuneration and benefits for employees.

·            Managing and building corporate culture.

·            Report to the leadership and support the decision-making process through HR data.

·            Ensure legal compliance in human resource management activities.

·            Have experiences in Tech/IT industry.

·            Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·            At least 4 years' experience in similar role

·            Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

·            Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·            Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·            Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

·            Experience managing a team.
