Inventory Planner

Job Description

  • Do the deployment planning to timely replenish products among locations in the market
  • Do the kitting planning to ensure the kits availability in the market
  • Review aged inventory and work with operation team to minimize the inventory obsolete risk.
  • Deploy marketing promotion to every location and ensure stock availability before launching date as well as during effective dates of promotion
  • Supply planning for items that are procured locally
  • Coordinate to implement any new Planning policy, tools or reports from Global or Regional
  • Other inventory optimization activities for the market
  • Drive forecast accuracy improvement in the market by working with local Sales & Marketing team and Regional Supply Chain for both collaboration forecast and item level forecast
  • Regular review market inventory status with latest forecast, highlighting the inventory risks timely and work with Regional team to take necessary actions to minimize the risks

Job Requirement


  • Salary from 10 to 12 millions gross
  • Receive full salary for 2 months probationary (100%)
  • 13th month salary
  • Each year (March) is entitled to a 1-time salary review, increasing salary from 5% to 15% depending on ability.
  • Each year (March) will be rewarded with bonus from 1 month to 1.5 month salary
  • Team building: 400k per month to eat with the team.
  • Annual tourism at big hotels and resorts (VND 10 million / person)
  • Birthday is given to company 500k with the team.
  • Lunch: company pays 2/3 meals, employees pay 1/3 will be deducted from the salary
  • New staff will receive a backpack worth 1 million and free uniforms.
  • For big holidays, company gives free vocher, gifts or products.
  • Company pays full salary insurance (100% of salary)
  • The company packages insurance packages according to state regulations, including the 24/7 Bao Viet insurance package.
  • Seniority fees are calculated from 1 year of work or more.
  • Free to use products in the office.


  • Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or other relevant areas.
  • Strong computer and database query skills, specifically in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Fluent in English both in oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly analytical and effective problem solving skills.
