Java Technical Lead (Digital Banking)

• Consult client in technical solutions, programming languages, frameworks, architecture, methodologies, etc.
• Leading strong architecture practices large scale applications (including Microservices, enterprise application, e-commerce, digital marketing technology, CMS, and system integration)
• Responsible for the optimization of development practices and environments, providing hands-on assistance through code reviews and providing reference examples
• Troubleshooting for performance, scalability and availability issues for integrated solutions and debugging production problems
• Lead team meetings, and able to mentor / coach senior developers
• In charge as Hiring Manager in Selection Process to filter right candidates to join your team

Location: District 1

• At least 7 years of experience in Software Development in total with great experience in Java or related programming languages
• Experienced in designing high-performance, scalable systems, including cloud server and infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experienced in DevOps with AWS or Azure, GCP
• Experienced in architecting, developing and deploying modern architectural patterns/techniques (Microservices, Serverless, DDD, …)
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems and software integration
• Able to perform Hiring Manager role to define right talents for his/her team
• Good at English communication in both writing and speaking
• Experienced in Digital Banking domain is a BIG PLUS
• Have a client-first working philosophy; self-motivation, dedication, and commitment is a plus
• Experienced working abroad and/or with English speaking environment is a BIG PLUS
• Having good eexperience with good engineering practices like TDD, BDD, Pair/Mob programming, CI/CD… is a plus
• Ability to mentor and teach individuals, teams and big room sessions
