Manager | ERP Consulting

Who you’ll work with:

Technology Consulting Team of Company located in both Hanoi Office & Ho Chi Minh Office working directly with our clients across the country and the region.

What you’ll do:

You’ll lead with a team of 3 or more consultants, focusing on various aspects of engagements activities focusing on delivering SAP implementation projects.

In general, the engagement activities include:

• Drive client workshops and interviews, development of deliverables and systems by solid insight and experience in business processes and technology solutions, manage the delivery of SAP implementation engagements on the end-to-end basis
• Work within high performing and diverse teams to solve complex business problems, designing and executing SAP delivery
• Build strong client relationships, lead teams and build internal networks whilst promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture
• Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
• Participate in business development initiatives
• Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performance team members, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, span of control, and performance
• Contribute to the maintenance of an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff via training and coaching sessions

While, your focus areas in Technology may also encompass a combination of the following domains:

• System Implementation – ERP, Core Banking Solutions, Financial System, Enterprise Systems
• Data Management: Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics
• IT Transformation: IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, IT Governance

Emerging Technologies: Digital Solutions, Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process

• Min. 15 years working experience in IT Industry and min. 8 years in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years as Project Manager of SAP implementation projects
• SAP certifications
• Possess a strong understanding of organizations, processes and related regulations any of following business functions:
  • Manufacturing,
  • Supply Chain
  • Banking and Finance,
  • Commerce,
  • Logistics
• Proven track of record in one of the following sectors is highly preferred:
  • Consulting i.e. Big 4 firms, other boutique consulting firms
  • FMCG Industry
  • Banking, FI, Fintech
  • Conglomerate – diversification of Real-estate, Hospitality, Educations, others
  • Manufacturing – smart factory, connected devices
• Proficiency in English & Vietnamese in speaking, reading and writing is a must
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word is a must
• Experience in using MS Project, Visio, Orbus, Sparx, is an added advantage
• Integrity, positive mindset and willing to challenge self and team constructively to achieve exceptional results at work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent programs;
• Professional Credentials i.e. CSM® by SCRUM, PMP® by PMI, TOGAF by The Open Group, and ITIL/ITSM would be an added advantage
