Job Description
· Set clear and measurable quality goals, Provide training and support, Develop and implement quality improvement program, Monitor the performance of departments;
· Propose solutions to improve product quality that match customer vision and profitability for the Company.
Advisor:
· Propose solution to reduce resources for quality control.
Management:
· Manage, implement and control the company's QC activities
· Organize the establishment, implementation, and control of maintenance of necessary processes for the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and CGMP standards.
· Organize updates statistical, synthesize and analyze the Company's product quality situation periodically or irregularly as directed by QC Director.
· Develop guidelines and training standards for relevant departments in the product manufacturing process to comply with regulations of country.
· Estimate standards and measure quality results;
· Determine the quality level for acceptance of the shipment
· Evaluate supplier ability;
· Oversee quality control functions include take/save samples for testing and in-process inspection;
· Monitor the handling of recalled or returned products
· Support & supervise staff in charge of completing tasks;
· Evaluate, training, develop and retain caseworkers.
Job Requirement
Knowledge and experience work
· Knowledge: Graduated from university majoring in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Biochemistry; quality management.
· Experience: 02 - 03 years of experience working in a similar position or team leader, in related fields such as cosmetics/pharmacy/food industry
· Skills: management, communication; Orientation and management for employees
