• Managing and driving performance of Retail Channel.
• Supporting, coaching and developing Retail Staff.
• Creating new Retail products, improving  Retail service.
• Co-operating with other groups and functions on Network expension and running Retail Campaign

• Very good understanding data with good data analyzing skills. 
• Very good management skills and get the team motivated in a fair working environment. Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units​. 
• Good skill set on communication and presentation. Logistics experience preferable
