Sales Executive

· Perform daily off-line cargo sales on other airlines service who have signed the interline agreements with Cargo.

· Assist customers with all the information related to their confirmed shipments to ensure a quality customer service. 

· Coordinate with booking & reservation function to send the approved rate sheets, approved sales policy, information of Cargo services to the customers

· Coordinate with concerned functions to solve claims from the customers.

· Other assignments from the direct Manager.

· Developing implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. 

·  Identifying New business opportunities, negotiating contracts with clients, managing key accounts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

· +1 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the express shipping or logistics industry preferred.

· Basic knowledge of aviation, basic goods, dangerous goods, aviation security, management skills, safety management system.

· Experience in customer service.

· Fluency in spoken and written English.

· Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, Power Point.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
