Job Description
· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
· Meeting planned sales goals.
· Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
· The ongoing training of your salespeople.
· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
· Promoting the organization and products.
· Managing and operating the business department.
· Building and developing new export markets.
· Responsible for the sales targets of the Company and the Board of Directors.
· Training and developing export sales team.
Job Requirement
· Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
· Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
· Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
· Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
· Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
· Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
· Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
· Advanced level of English
· Must have experience in coffee industry
· Have experiences in Exporting Sales and are an advantage.
