Job Description
I. Summary of work
Head of Service Business - Jewelry Northern Branch is a leadership position, therefore has important duties and responsibilities in fulfilling the short-term and long-term goals of the Company. Here are the main jobs and objectives of this position
II. Main responsibility
1. Sales & Marketing
• Implement business strategies and plans to ensure that business targets and KPIs are met according to assigned markets and regions, specifically: Gold and silver gemstone trading unit, region: Vietnam and Laos
• Manage relationships and increase satisfaction of large customers, agents, representatives, service partners and existing customers in the region
• Increase market share, market coverage and enhance services provided to FDI and major customers according to international standards
• In-depth knowledge of value selling and value proposition, implementing appropriate tactics and skills for teams
• Conduct Market, Marketing and Planning surveys in the region. Regularly send market update reports, make pricing and policy recommendations to the Sales and Marketing Director (SMM) and General Manager to capture major changes of major customers and markets
• Responsible for accurate sales forecasts and oversales or inventory. Take immediate actions to avoid all risks: liabilities, inventory, .. Coordinate with Finance & Accounting and Supply Departments to deliver goods on time to customers
2. Service
• Coordinate and control the day-to-day tasks of the Jewellery sales team to achieve KPIs and customer satisfaction
• Provide input for business and services strategy and implement an approved strategy in the region
• Implement and control sales through Call center and Omni channels. Lead reporting and follow-up.
3. Management and Systems
• Responsible for recruiting, developing people and evaluating sales and customer care teams. Monitor daily operations and provide necessary support
• Provide training in Sales, Product and other soft skills, not only limited to Jewelry Teams but also to entire branches or teams of HQ as assigned
• Participate in CRM, ERP, call center, Web and other digitization projects
• Implement and control the image of the Branch, ensuring procedures and policies are followed.
• Other duties are as assigned by the Branch Manager for Operations, according to the Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Technical Sales and General Manager for Strategy and Business and Product Development.
• Reports to Branch Manager, National Sales and Marketing Manager, TSM & CEO.
Job Requirement
Knowledge & work experience:
• Honest, constantly learning, hardworking and have a spirit of service
• Good communication skills, including writing; team building, training, coaching and leadership skills
• Good business planning and control, KPI and target management, and expert reports
• Proficient in English
• Over 3 years in a Sales, Marketing or Service Manager position
• Willingness to travel for work, work under high pressure as well as work overtime.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8h – 17h30), and Saturday morning (8-12h; Flexible hours)
