SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements, use cases,
and functional/non-functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for the development team.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing systems or processes.
• Develop user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to clearly articulate requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements and align onproject
objectives.
• Ensure stakeholders’ needs are prioritized and incorporated into project deliverables.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones effectively to stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood andimplemented accurately.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups as part of an Agiledevelopment process.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases, scenarios, and supporting defect resolution.
• Review and validate software deliverables against requirements to ensure quality and alignment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional requirement specifications, and user manuals.
• Leverage data analytics to support decision-making and provide insights into project performance.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization based on data-driven insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development or IT
environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

• Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart...).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex
technical concepts.
