Senior Procurement Executive

 Receiving local purchase requests and overseas purchase requests from other department (such as Operations, Customs Affair, …).

 Finding suppliers that can satisfy the purchase request.

 Negotiating with suppliers to have best possible price, payment term, delivery term.

 Handling all purchase order to make sure the goods arrived at factory on time.  Resolve all issued about the goods after delivering (such as poor quality, short in weight,...)

 Making the sales contract for all import material. Tracking shipment and checking the shipping docs before the shipment arrived.

 Making customs declaration on VNACCS Systems if needed.

 Storing all related shipping documents and local purchase order

 Have more than 2-3 years of procurement experience in Vietnam, in the logistics industry (priority).

 Good in Chinese (priority) or English

 Negotiating skill.
