Job Description
- Plan the steps involved in the interview and selection processes (screening calls, tests,
and in-person interviews). - Utilize our applicant tracking system to review candidate data, including credentials
and contact information. - Maintain long-term ties with former and prospective candidates.
- Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and strategies in the responsible function.
- Work with recruiting managers to understand the function and critical characteristics necessary.
- Supervise junior talent acquisition team members accordingly.
- Distribute proposals to successful candidates and negotiate salary.
- Examines job applications and reference checks reports.
Job Requirement
- Experienced as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or another comparable position.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
- Practical learning expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in social media and digital recruitment technologies.
- Highly effective at making decisions and solving problems.
- Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints.
- Knowledge of social networks! CV databases, and business connections.
