SEO LEAD

● Lead and mentor an SEO team, setting clear goals and KPIs aligned with our company's objectives.
● Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility for our brand keywords.
● Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
● Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
● Oversee technical SEO audits and coordinate with the web development team to ensure website optimization.
● Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations.
● Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep the team informed and our strategies effective.
● Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure a cohesive online presence that protects against competitive threats, including phishing sites.
● Manage and optimize local and international SEO efforts to target and engage our diverse audience effectively.

● A solid background in SEO
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines
● At least 3 years of experience in an SEO leadership role.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Willingness to relocate to one of the SEA countries.
● Be able to work independently.
● Proven experience in leading an SEO team with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
● Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles and techniques.
● Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and the ability to extract and interpret data effectively.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to overcome
ranking issues.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a
team towards achieving set goals.
