Supervisor Planning and Revenue Management

- Directly responsible for space management, load plan, build-up plan for cargo for all flights.

- Assign, monitor staff within the business to ensure well control the space, build-up plan maximizing all space in every flight.

- Coordinate the sales, the operation, customers department to ensure cargo is flown as booked/ committed.

- Ensure all requests about space or allotments from customers must be responded properly.

- Responsible for all reports on space control, no show by week, month, quarter, and year for solutions to improve the services.

- Other assignments from the direct manager.

- University graduated

- At least from 01 to 03 years of experience in the field of experience of cargo and aviation

- Basic knowledge of aviation, basic goods, dangerous goods, aircraft loading, weight and balance, safety management system

- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Customer service

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
