Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will work closely with our key clients in Vietnam to identify business challenges/opportunities, propose marketing solutions, and deliver the digital marketing and E-commerce services to help grow their businesses. The candidate needs to be a hands-on and self-starting leader with great relationship management and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an entrepreneurial and multi-cultural environment.
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Strategy Building (50%)
- Responsible for all aspect of digital communication for our clients both international and local brands from strategy to action.
- Provide relevant and timely information on marketing initiatives suitable for various industries alongside the recommendation on what media platforms are best utilized for digital campaigns.
- Define and manage clients’ KPIs to ensure all strategies and implementation plan are met the goal.
- Budget planning and recommending for the brands in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and business objectives.
- Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategy of digital marketing and E-commerce.
- Updating Hot Topic /Relevant Trends and propose / consult the actionable implications for internal teams, client…at project level, category/ industry level…(Social Trend, Google Trend, E-commerce Trend…other reports).
Project Management (50%)
- Follow project to smoothly work with internal team and other stakeholders (Other Departments) to make sure well-delivered project with high quality & on time.
- Drive and implement cost effective online, social media marketing campaigns and EC platform marketing (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki etc.) for all marketing funnels.
- Guide and train the team members to create a proposal material with an annual and monthly media planning, include: budget allocation for each media, deciding ads content, and negotiate with the other vendors.
- Prepare & conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance review with clients.
- Gain insights from digital tools and database and direct the team member for better proposal and reporting to client based on the insights.
- Develop and manage good relationships with clients.
- Organize and lead the discussions with clients in meetings.
- Manage project P&L to meet company’s target.
Job Requirement
- At least 5-year experience in marketing field or related position
- Experience working optimizing ads campaigns across digital channels
- Data-driven mindset and analytical, methodical, and creative approach
- Knowledge in Google Analytics, SEO, CDP, and CRM
- Be able to read, understand Social Listening Reports and apply in planning stage
- Deep understanding of diversified data points of social & digital platforms
- Deep understanding of Media dat
