Job Description
Planning:
· Propose marketing strategies, support planning marketing programs, and business support business achieves revenue.
· Propose superiors to use tools/software to quantify marketing parameters; Support appraisal of business efficiency of new or improved products.
· Recommend superiors to use Marketing knowledge/solutions that have been used effectively results in the world.
Organize:
· Implement brand advertising programs and promote the Company branding on media.
· Implement & monitor supporting marketing plans/programs/activities business according to the approved plan.
· Follow and discover new suitable distribution channels.
· Measure and report business activities based on system and sales performance.
· Analyze the competitive environment to determine goals, strategies, and divisions, market/customer segments in each stage.
· Update and synthesize information from implementing units and relevant departments on a monthly basis to serve foreign affairs and product management; administration company website
· Develop, maintain and manage brand - product image: analysis and evaluation effective advertising, promotion and market development programs
Report:
· Synthesize, analyze and evaluate the implementation of plans periodically assigned to the chairman of the Board of Directors
· Report directly on work performance results to the chairman of the Board of Directors upon request.
Others:
· Periodically organize customer satisfaction surveys; Resolve quality complaints quality of products... provided by the Company.
· Fully comply with quality, safety and environmental management requirements according to company regulations
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the chairman of the Board of Directors.
Have the right to make personnel requests: Participate in recruiting personnel in the department; Assign work to staff in the room; Allocate and mobilize employees in the department to go on business trips or perform work according to set goals.
Job Requirement
Knowledge and experience work
· Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
· Have professional knowledge about products and the cosmetics market in the consumer goods industry.
· Have professional marketing and sales knowledge and experience
· Have communication & persuasion skills, and handle situations
· Have management, problem solving, analytical and planning skills
· Have problem solving and decision making skills
· Have foresight and high sense of responsibility. Be determined to achieve your goals.
