QA/QC Engineer

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Product testing on multiple platforms: Android, iOS, WebApp, API
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
•  Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Design and implement the test strategy, workflow/framework used for automated testing in the project in relation to the software development and CI/CD
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 3+ years experiences of testing web-based and mobile applications.
• Experience in test Web Services, APIs, and Database (SQL).
• Experience in testing UI and UX.
• Experience in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, test evidence, and bug reports.
• Experience of writing clear, concise, and meaningful test statistic reporting.
• Good interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills and strong team working ability.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Has experienced working on building Automation Tests for Web Service and Mobile Applications - preferably using technologies such as Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins

Nice to have  

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
