Implement relationship sales tactics, including customer strategies to secure competitor business in major and key account portfolios and incorporate them into all major targets set for the sales team
Drive segment sales improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures including GSP, SSI and sales automation
Work as a customer contact with the user departments in key account customers, feedback the user situation to National Customer Channel for the formation of account strategy
Carry out regular co-visit / calls with sales team to monitor development of selling skills and to identify further areas for training and development
Streamline current Relationship Sales Process and explore opportunities to increase productivity and throughput.
Design sales and implement marketing campaigns that target business and industry sectors, including new industries and open niche markets
Maintain segment standards on profit margins and discount guidelines
Develop a culture of focus on quality, continuous improvement, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness
Identify training needs and career development opportunities to drive a high performance team
Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
Job Requirement
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
Experience in building a strong, high-performing and quality skilled sales team
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines (preferably Master Degree)
English: Fluent (written and spoken)
