Retail Business Supervisor

Daily Operation:

•  Manage current outlets running effectively as well as sales daily and KPIs of each outlet
•  Implement promotions to retail customers
•  Co-operate with other groups and functions on Network expansion and run Retail Campaigns.

People management:

• Recruit, support, coach, and develop Retail Staff.
• Manage staff’s performance

New outlets opening:

• Open new outlets according to yearly or quarterly targets
• Ensure new stores must align with the company’s standard outlet.
• Create new Retail products, and improve Retail service.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales / retail sales with 2 – 3 years of managing staff
• Fluent in English
• Problem-solving skill
• Very good understanding of data with good data analyzing skills.
• Very good management skills and get the team motivated in a fair working environment.
• Good skill set in communication and presentation. Logistics experience preferable
