Job Description

- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be

in line with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).

- Define users’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle.

- Assist in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the

development of design and its implementation of the best output.

- Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

- Ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.

- Implement warranty and support activities.

- Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.

- Plan and implement system automation as required for better efficiency.

- Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirements.

- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.

- Deal with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree in information technology.

- 5+ years of experience with Windows, Linux, CentOS, etc. and familiarity with cloud.

- Excellent communication skills

- Decision-making, Problem solving

- Analytical skills

- Knowledge of systems engineering software tools

- Organizational skills

- Patience

- Attention to detail

- Data architecture and programming proficiency

- Good cloud experience

- Network experience

- Experience in the System security is strong plus
