Business Director

 Develop, implement and lead sales retention strategies for inbound call centers

 Develop call flows and sales pitch to increase sales conversion, 30 days customer contact rate post install and reduce post sales cancellation

 Make recommendations to optimize system and procedural performance

 Build, develop, and manage a book of business that meet goals and objectives of the practice unit

 Provide consulting services by working on and leading projects such as investigation, complex litigation support, expert testimony and reporting

 Provide technical knowledge, value and leadership by using industry knowledge and experience

 Manage client relationships that exceed client satisfaction

 Responsible for maintaining quality standards of excellence and best practices

 Ensures all reporting solutions and tools developed are scalable & sustainable

· Graduate degree or MBA is a plus

· At least 4 years of proven leadership of large brands and complex portfolio and channel strategies

· Experience with product development/program management related to web applications and/or web services and the underlying technology infrastructure

· Ability to understand and manage the budget and funding process to maximize efficiencies and leverage corporate yearly and monthly management and reporting requirements

· Must be highly organized and process oriented with attention to detail, but still be able to function at the strategic level to establish context and sound reasoning for data driven decision making

· Must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to “bring order to chaos” when required
