Job Description
Work with development teams and product managers to create software solutions.
Manage employee database and make headcount report monthly.
Draw up labor contracts, contracts renewal/ amendment/ termination, promotion letter, salary review letter, etc.
Claim healthcare insurance for employees and increase/ decrease healthcare cost (if any).
Register PIT code and dependents.
Check attendance, check sales incentive and proceed monthly payroll calculation for all employees, ensure to pay salary on time.
Consult and answer questions from staff about salary, benefits, etc.
Other tasks assigned by line manager and HR Manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor ’s degree in Human Resources Management, Laws or relevant majors.
At least 2 year of experience in similar positions.
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Skills in data processing and reporting, have been using payroll software for at least 1 year.
Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English.
Careful, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, hard-working.
