DEPUTY DIRECTOR

- Execute decisions of the Board of Directors and oversee all company operations.

- Responsible for setting up and managing various departments of the Vietnam branch, including but not limited to the Trading Department, Sales Department, and Education and Training Department.

- Maintain close communication with department managers to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of department operations.

- Guide and supervise the implementation of strategies and business development in various departments.

- Responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including budget approval, financial planning, and cost control.

- Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulations and policies.

- Represent the company in external negotiations, establish and maintain relationships with partners and clients.

- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

- Expected to travel to places such as Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, etc

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.

- At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with at least 5 years of senior management experience in derivative companies such as Forex, Options, Gold, Cryptocurrencies, etc.

- Extensive experience in establishing and managing new companies or new departments.

- Deep understanding and knowledge of financial markets and financial derivatives.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in Chinese and English.

- Ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing environment.

- High ethical standards and professionalism
