Job Description

1. Main responsibilities

·      Develop new customers by segment to fulfill assigned business targets.

·      Implement new customer development programs with branches in assigned segments and areas.

·      Manage relationships with corporate customers.

·      Monitor customer portfolio risks including credit risk, operational risk and compliance risk.

·      Support branches in translation, contact and negotiation with customers. 

·      Assist branches in submitting proposals.

·      Support partners in customer development.

·      Manage staff to operate effectively.

2. Tasks performed

·      Meet the Bank's overall business objectives, developing and expanding the assigned customer base.

·      Assess, anticipate and respond to clients' financial needs and develop/offer appropriate solutions.

·      Coordinate with business units to prepare Credit Proposals for new customers in a timely manner.

·      Defend the Proposal before the Credit Committee of the same branch.

·      Find opportunities/organize/participate in seminars, conferences, business associations, branch forums to develop new customers and promote the brand.

·      Manage the credit quality of the client portfolio by keeping abreast of industry developments and market developments that have an impact on customers.

·      Submit timely and regular reports on current contacts to management.

·      Cooperate closely with other departments to meet product and service requirements.

·      Build internal partnerships with key partners.

·      Cross-sell other bank products

·      Perform other tasks as requested by direct manager.

Job Requirement

Knowledge & work experience:

·      University degree in finance, banking or economics.

·      Good foreign language writing and speaking skills( English and Chinese).

·      More than 7 years of experience in related field.

·      At least 5 years of experience in credit work, financial analysis, etc.

·      Good writing, speaking and presentation skills.

·      Customer relationship management and business development skills.

·      Analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Understanding of bank credit trends.
