Job Description
SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
1. CFO assumes a support role to BOD in building strategies, implementing, and overseeing all operations, business development and p rocess systems.
2. Advising and consulting for BOD and senior manager levels in making important business decisions.
3. Plays a critical role in providing tools, approach’s, methods and process to ensure proper controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and necessary systems are in place to effectively grow the organization to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
4. CFO is responsible for managing the financial risks of the business.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Work with Board of Managements:
- Collaborate with CEO and other members of BOM to set and drive company vision, set up the Goals (OGSM), operational strategy, operational plans for growth of group
- Set comprehensive goals/KPI for performance and growth, regularly reviews and evaluates operational performance and productivity.
- Manage relationships with external clients and internal partners; build and maintain relationships with bankers, auditor, partners, clients and suppliers, and board members.
- Prepare accurate organizational performance reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and make representation for deep insight by visualization and Summary executive reportsto CEO.
- Assist to CEO understanding insight of business for evaluations before making decision.
- Consider M&A.
2. Work with other departments:
- Drive the development of organization-wide growth strategies and business plans
- Analyze Profit center (Customer, channel, SKU,…), cost center (All departments) and investment center (New capex, new factory, new concept,…) and hunting for opportunities of Sales operations and recommend actions for all programs or campaigns of Marketing, and invesment projects.
- Partners with sales leadership and teams to develop strategic sales plans based on organization goals/OGSM that will promote sales growth, increase guest satisfaction, and increase the brand awareness of customers.
- Partners with Purchasing department to ensure effective purchasing activities.
- Partners with other departments in asset management and increase the efficiency of the entire company
- Coordinate with internal control department, legal and quality control department, to improve the process to improve operational efficiency.
- Control operation, budget and costs, implement practices that work to prevent cheating, other financial losses and over budgets.
- Convey the strategic plan to staffs, all departments to ensure support, modify plans in response to changing internal and external factors.
3. Other works:
- Manage finance team for get KPI of Finance dept/ Build strong Finance team become Good/Effective business partners with main departments during 1 year.
- Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
- Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Report directly to: CEO/Owner.
Job Requirement
- Proven experience as director of finance or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and Finance forecasting.
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
- CMA/ACCA/CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
