E-commerce Manager

Planning:

 Propose e-commerce business strategies, plan online retail programs, and support business to achieve revenue.

 Recommend superiors to use e-commerce knowledge/software that has been used effectively around the world.

 Propose improvements related to work and E-commerce processes

Organize:

 Oversee design team and marketing staff. Building and managing the E-commerce team. Ensure the E-commerce team's working process is maximally effective.

 In charge of all online business activities of the company. Responsible for the company's revenue and profits in the e-commerce field.

 Build, update, and control the implementation of e-commerce sales processes (ordering, sales, delivery, payment processes...).

 Measure and report business activities based on system and sales performance.  Build the layout, interface and useful functions of the shopping website

 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign and program. Synthesize, analyze and report the results of each program.

 Coordinate with other departments (activation, logistics,...) and online retail to achieve the best results.

 Manage and develop the company's online channels and online tools to optimize and effectively exploit these channels and tools to serve the company's online communication activities.

Report:

 Report directly to the Business Director on work results

Others:

 Fully implement quality, safety and environmental management requirements according to company regulations

 Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

Knowledge and experience work

 Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

 Have professional knowledge about products and the cosmetics market in the consumer goods industry.

 Have knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, website design and analysis of professional marketing and sales website software

 Have communication & persuasion skills, and handle situations

 Have management, problem solving, analytical and planning skills

 Have problem solving and decision making skills
