Job Description
- Managing a sales team or processes with limited oversight from the deputy head
- Ownership of short-term (1 year) execution of functional strategy and the operational sales direction of a sales team
1. Strategy & Business Development in Mega Projects
- Establishes strategies of a sales team that have short-term (1 year) impact on business results
- Develops short-term plans for optimizing sales targets in the job area.
- Implement business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
- Find out current/new customers' need and propose best solutions for them
- Achieve new mega customers
- Maintain and develop new needs of current customers
- Obtain sales target as commitment
- Solve quickly customers' problem and complaints to
2. Leading & Developing a sales team
- Set up KPI of a sales team and manage staffs to meet with sales target
- Support sales members to solve complex problems faced with customers or others
- Train and coach sales members to develop their sales skills
3. Sales Support & Sales Report
- Implement extensive investigation and analysis related to pricing research and strategy, including network cost/pricing, competitor analysis, etc.
- Analyze customers' satisfaction, needs, complaints to impove quality services
- Update weekly/monthly reports for line manager/BODs/BOM
- Give advice related to sales tactics for line
- Coordinate team members and other departments to maximize sales target
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
Job Requirement
- Associate/Bachelor Degree in Business, Other Fields
- Have 4 - 5 years of working experience in freight/forwarding/logistics
- Have 1 - 3 years of working experience as sales supervisor/manager
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good leadership skill and influence on others
- Goal-oriented target and high motivation in work
- Good communication, negotiation, sales, presentation skills
- Good problem solving and time-management skills
- Fluent communication in speaking and writing English
