GOLANG BACKEND DEVELOPER

● Develop and optimize backend systems using Golang or having experience with Java/Nodejs and willing to Golang. 

● Build and maintain microservices with a focus on performance, stability, and scalability.

● Design, implement, and manage databases such as MySQL, Clickhouse, Redis, and Elasticsearch 

● Integrate and operate message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for large-scale data processing.

● Implement gRPC for inter-service communication.

● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and deploy applications on cloud environments using Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and Cloud VM.

● Analyze and optimize system performance to ensure high performance, reliability, and uptime.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development.

● Strong proficiency in Golang (or solid background in Python/Java/NodeJS/C# with willingness to switch to Golang).

● Deep understanding of OOP, Microservices Architecture, Design Patterns, and System Design.

● Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.

● Experience in building or optimizing large-scale, high-performance systems.

● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (with unit tests).

● Strong logical thinking, fast learning ability, and passion for building great products.
