Senior Full Stack Developer (MarTech/AdTech)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable MarTech/AdTech platforms including campaign
engines, tracking systems, and analytics dashboards.

Build and optimize APIs and backend services using PHP (Laravel), Python (FastAPI), and NodeJS.

Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript.

Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) to
ensure data accuracy and scalability.

Architect and deploy applications on AWS, leveraging services such as ALB, ECS, S3, RDS PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, ElastiCache Redis, CloudFront, Lambda, and SQS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, QA, UI/UX Designers, BAs) to define and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices in CI/CD.

Monitor and optimize system performance for low-latency ad delivery and high-traffic
workloads.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.

4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Strong expertise in PHP, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Proven experience with Laravel, FastAPI, ReactJS, NodeJS frameworks.

Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and familiarity with DynamoDB.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (ALB, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache Redis, CloudFront, Lambda, SQS).

Previous experience in MarTech or AdTech platforms (ad serving, campaign management, tracking, betting platforms) is a strong plus.

Understanding of scalable architecture design, performance tuning, and security best
practices.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical
experience.
