Job Description

Market & User Research: Gather and analyze market, competitor, and user behavior data to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Define buyer personas and customer journeys to optimize messaging and product fit. 

GTM Strategy & Launches: Lead and execute GTM strategies for coin/gambling products, including new launches, feature updates, and key initiatives. Work with the
development team to prioritize features that meet user needs.

Positioning, Messaging & Storytelling: Build compelling product narratives and messaging across customer segments by deeply understanding product capabilities.
Partner with content and digital teams to produce assets such as one-pagers, web
copy, emails, and case studies.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate product, creative, digital marketing,
SEO, content, PR, analytics, and development teams to deliver launches and campaigns on time and on target. Work with User Acquisition and creative teams to
identify high-performance campaign opportunities.

Community & Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with KOLs and influencers in the
crypto/Web3 ecosystem to promote products, build brand awareness, and drive
engagement. Leverage community channels (Discord, Telegram) while ensuring
moderation and content compliance.

Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs for GTM and product initiatives; monitor and analyze user, campaign, and operational data to refine
strategies. Share reports and insights with stakeholders.

Advertising Compliance & Responsible Gambling: Ensure all marketing campaigns comply with global online gambling advertising regulations, including age gating, responsible gambling messaging, and avoiding misleading claims. Enforce platform-specific rules across PPC, social, and affiliates: restricted keywords, geo-targeting, “18+ Gamble Responsibly” labels, and influencer content checks to avoid portraying gambling as a get-rich-quick path. Partner with Legal to track market-specific rules and guide partners/affiliates.

Sales Enablement & Internal Training: Develop enablement materials (product
briefs, sales decks, FAQs) and train sales/support teams on product benefits and
differentiation. Maintain an internal hub for competitor intel, marketing insights, and
customer behavior to support decision-making.

Job Requirement

Professional Experience: 6+ years in product marketing at a tech company, including 2–3 years working with crypto/Web3 or iGaming products. Proven record of successful launches and adoption growth.
● Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto products, the gambling/iGaming ecosystem, and market trends. Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and GTM planning.
● Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field;
MBA or Product Marketing certifications (PMA, Pragmatic Institute, etc.) is a plus.
● Digital Stack: Proficient with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot),
CRM (Salesforce), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and analytics tools (Google
Analytics/GA4). SEO literacy to collaborate with the SEO team.
● Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Open to feedback and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
● Analytics & Data: Data-driven mindset with strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and
interpreting market/campaign data for decision-making.
● Languages: Strong English communication; Thai, Chinese, or other languages are a
plus for global markets.

● Collaboration & PM: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Monday.com, Wrike, ClickUp.
● CRM & Marketing: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Marketo, Pardot.
● Preferred Certifications: Pragmatic Institute PMC, PMA Certification, Google Analytics / GA4, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Blueprint, PMP or equivalent.
