Job Description
- Prepares annual marketing plans that facilitate the strategies, creates a calendar of campaigns and events, sets the marketing budget and analyses the market and competitors.
- Guides the branding department, performance team and other teams.
- Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; utilize a strong background in experiment design and evaluation.
- Research and evaluate growth opportunities, prioritize most impactful projects, and evaluate engineering and data science technical requirements for projects.
- Be an end-to-end channel owner which includes tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization, reporting and automation across both web and apps
Job Requirement
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or growth, with 5+ years in performance/digital marketing roles in B2C organizations
- Strong metrics-driven track record leading and growing programs
- Experience with managing ad campaigns across all major channels including offline (OOH, Frames, TVC) and online SEM/PPC, paid social, review sites, and more
- Deep technical understanding of App and web analytics in a B2C context like implementing pixels, using Segment, and writing the occasional SQL query
- A history of consistently increasing conversion through A/B testing
- Detailed knowledge and grasp of performance marketing strategies, tactics, and tools
- Understanding of effective SEO strategies and tactics
- Proven ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. website, app, social media, SEM)
- Proficient in relevant marketing operations, advertising, and reporting softwares
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
- Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work and strong understanding of acquisition path optimization (testing, measuring, iterating)
- Experience in managing Multi-million dollar budgets across geographies
- Experience in e-commerce will be an advantage
- BA or higher degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Finance or Computer Science from top universities is a plus
- Curious problem solver, strong data-driven decision and fast mover
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong program leadership skills and the ability to coordinate, organize and prioritize workstreams to drive results.
- Systematic thinker with adequate experience in experimentation and learning from testing
- Team player, capable of tapping into collective intelligence to solve problems
- Ability to visualize data & narrate stories
- Extremely persistent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
