Job Description
A. Strategy & Overall Operations Management
Partner with the CEO to develop the group-wide growth strategy with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
Translate business strategy into organizational structure, measurable objectives,
and OKRs/ KPIs for each function (Marketing, Growth, Brand, Communication, etc.).
Oversee, coordinate, and evaluate the operational efficiency of the entire Marketing division at scale (hundreds to 1000 employees).
Ensure strong alignment between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Technology to
drive sustainable growth efficiency (ROI, CAC, LTV , Conversion Rate, Retention Rate).
B. Operational & Performance Management
Design, build, and standardize end-to-end Marketing operations processes, including planning, approval, execution, reporting, and optimization.
Implement and supervise the OKR/KPI system across the division to ensure consistency, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
Manage and optimize the Marketing budget (P&L;), allocating resources across
functions (Digital, Brand, PR, CRM, Media, Offline, etc.) based on strategic priorities.
Apply technology and automation (MarTech, CRM, BI, Data Warehouse) to improve productivity and reduce operating costs.
C. Organization & People
Restructure and upgrade the Marketing organization to suit each stage of business growth (scaling, international expansion, diversification, etc.).
Build competency frameworks, training, and development systems for mid-level and senior management within the Marketing division.
Foster and promote a culture of “execution excellence & accountability” across all operations.
D. Strategic Project Management
Directly oversee group-level strategic projects related to Marketing and Growth such as new product launch and international market expansion.
Ensure timeline, quality, and financial efficiency of major strategic projects.
Coordinate cross-functionally (Tech, Product, Business Units, HR, Finance) to ensure alignment and mutual support.
E. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Report directly to the CEO on Marketing operational performance, including results, costs, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Analyze end-to-end marketing performance data and propose optimization models (efficiency model, growth loop, cost control, etc.).
Lead digital transformation for Marketing & Operations toward a data-drive management system.
Job Requirement
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Marketing / Growth / Business Operations, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive or director-level position at a technology company, large-scale startup, or multi-industry corporation.
Proven experience leading large Marketing organizations (500–100 employees) or complex ecosystems with multiple products/brands.
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Product Growth, Data Analytics, CRM, Automation, and modern marketing technology platforms.
Strong experience in P&L; management and scaling complex operations in fast-growth environments.
Core Skills & Leadership Competencies:
Strategic thinking with strong execution and operational leadership.
Strong data analysis and decision-making skills based on factual insights.
Ability to inspire, lead, and manage multi-layered teams in large-scale organizations.
Proficient in OKR management, performance tracking, and process optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills (especially across Tech, Marketing, Product, and Sales).
