E_Commerce Director

• Arrange all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan through combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
• Oversee the ecommerce website of a brand by manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.
• Developer the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality assurance (QA) and timely publishing of all web content.
• Participate in building and directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions.
• Manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, search engine optimization (SEO), and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.
• Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size, and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.
• Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunities beyond current brand offering.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: HCMC

• Above 3 years experience at similar role
• BA in Information Technology or relevant field/MA will be a plus
• English in good
• Computer Skill: Word, Excel

• Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics, especially in commerce experience management (CommerceXM), digital asset management (DAM), as well as sophisticated digital shelf analytics.
• A self-described data expert, able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
