Job Description
● Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
● Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
● Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
● Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
● Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirement
●Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
● 2+ YOEs as a Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
● In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
● Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent while maintaining a win-win approach.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
