Job Description
- Plan and implement activities in the entire general marketing campaign of products and services, with specific goals, budgets, and KPIs.
- Build and develop a system of online communication channels (web, intranet, social networks) to serve the brand strategy and marketing campaign of products and services.
- Coordinate with content specialists and marketing mix specialists to update and develop appropriate content on these channels.
- Monitor and manage the above channels and have weekly reports on the level of implementation/development.
- Collect, analyze data, and make reasonable adjustments to increase the effectiveness of the advertising process and operate overall marketing campaigns in specific digital channels deployed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness as well as advertising costs on digital communication channels, propose solutions to modify, replace, supplement... for the marketing team leader.
- Manage and control the brand image on the company's digital communication channels.
- Monitor SEO effectiveness on the company's main website.
- Manage keyword rankings, Ads activities such as running SEO, Google Adwords/Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Report and update customer interaction behavior (customer insight) on digital channels to make appropriate changes during planning and implementation.
- Coordinate with related departments to achieve the highest advertising and communication effectiveness, completing the goals of the marketing campaign.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing or relevant majors.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of: website design, SEO optimization, online advertising (Google Ads/ Facebook Ads...)
- Understanding of digital channels, especially social networks.
- Experienced at digital marketing agency is preferred
- Good English is a plus
