Senior Employer Branding

1. Develop employer branding:

• Build EB/EVP plans and development strategies in line with the company's goals; 
• Proactively propose communication / promotion programs through channels (online/offline) to increase potential candidates' awareness of the Company's employer brand; 
• Be creative in the way of building / designing / developing content and communication publications (images, video clips...) to attract potential candidates; 
• Responsible for communication on the company's recruitment channels: Website, Social Media (Facebook, Linkedin...), recruitment platforms and posting information, advertising, maintaining content updates and responding to candidates; 
• Connect with relevant departments to carry out communication activities (including internal activities) in line with the EB development strategy; be the contact point for EB activities. 
• Synthesize and build a system of Employer Branding indicators / reports. 
• Report on EB activities that have been implemented and propose appropriate solutions or actions. 

2. Build a source of candidate data:

• Actively search for and develop a network of potential and talented candidates in the market to meet recruitment needs; 
• Propose and implement Recruitment Marketing activities. 
• Create a source of potential candidate data (internal and external); 
• Propose activities to build a source of potential candidates.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Communications, Human Resources Management, or relevant majors. 
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Have experience organizing communication activities. 
• Have the ability to design and create basic content. 
• Have the ability to plan, execute and manage projects. 
• Proficient in using social networks, recruitment websites. 
• Good English reading and writing skills.
