Collaborate with the design team to create image/video content aligned with communication strategies.

Manage social media channels.

Schedule posts according to a specific calendar to ensure consistency.

Monitor, respond to, and engage with users on social media channels.

Propose ideas to increase interaction, attract and retain followers.

Analyze and report.

Track the effectiveness of posts and social media campaigns through tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

Provide weekly/monthly work reports and suggest content improvements.

Update trends.

Monitor the latest social media content trends to apply appropriately.

Propose creative ideas to enhance communication effectiveness.

Understanding of content production processes.

Proficient in production support tools: Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

Project management and time organization skills.

Creative thinking and sensitivity to trends.
